​Where is the property located?​​

​​Casa Willow is located in La Florida, a short walk away from the Abbey Tavern, 10 minute walk to the Citrus Centre and a 15 minute walk to the Playa Flamenca Centre.

​

We provide a shopping trolley for anyone planning a larger grocery trip, and several local supermarkets also offer convenient delivery services. Playa Flamenca beach is around a 20 minute walk from the apartment, and the nearest taxi rank is outside the Abbey Tavern. If you’re interested in exploring further afield, we can also recommend a couple of coach companies that run popular day trips to places such as Alicante, Benidorm and Altea.

How many guests can the apartment accommodate?​

​​Casa Willow can sleep up to 4 people.  Bedroom 1 has a double bed and Bedroom 2 has two single beds.

Is there disabled access?​

​​Yes, Casa Willow is a ground floor apartment with one step at the front door.  Both communal pools are also fully accessible.  Please contact me directly if you have any further questions regarding accessibility.

Is there car parking?​

​​Yes, there is parking available outside the property. 

​

Is the property suitable for remote working?​

​​Yes. The open‑plan living and dining area includes a breakfast‑bar‑style table with chairs that is ideal for working, and the property has high‑speed Wi‑Fi to support remote work.

Is there access to a swimming pool?​

​​Yes. Guests have access to two commumal swimming pools.

​

Are pets allowed?​

​​No.  Pets are not permitted.

​

Can I smoke/Vape in the property?​

​​Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors. You may smoke or vape in the garden area.  Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Are towels provided?

Yes. Each guest receives a hand towel and bath towel.
 

What are the check in and check out times?​

​​Check in is available from 2pm.  On departure day, we kindly ask guests to leave by 10am so our cleaning team has enough time to prepare the property for the next arrival. During the low season, if we don’t have guests arriving the same day, we’re happy to try to accommodate early check‑ins or later checkouts.

How do I pay for my booking?

We require a non refundable 20% deposit to secure the booking and then your balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. There is also a cleaning fee of 60 euros payable to our keyholder on arrival.

Do you provide airport pick ups?

We are able to provide contact details for local drivers upon request.​​
